Memorial plaques to Ihor Dovbniak and Dmytro Skiryn unveiled in Frankivsk

On September 6, Ivano-Frankivsk will host the unveiling of memorial plaques in honor of the fallen Ukrainian defenders, Ihor Dovbniak and Dmytro Skirin.
The Ivano-Frankivsk City Council announced the event on its official website. These soldiers died heroically defending Ukraine during the war.
The memorial plaques will be installed on the facade of Lyceum No. 2 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, located at 29 Hetman Doroshenko Street. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and honor the memory of the defenders who gave their lives for the country’s freedom and independence.
The unveiling of the memorials symbolizes the citizens’ eternal gratitude for the courage and self-sacrifice of the soldiers, who have become an example of patriotism for future generations.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, the unveiling ceremony is expected to be attended by relatives of the victims, their comrades-in-arms, students and teachers of the lyceum, government officials, and city residents.
Such initiatives help to preserve the memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the future of Ukraine.
