Russian attack in Ivano-Frankivsk region: new data on victims

The number of victims of a massive Russian attack in the Ivano-Frankivsk region has increased to five people.

The head of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional military administration, Svitlana Onyshchuk, reported this.

“Unfortunately, we must inform you that the number of victims has increased to five. All the injured are being provided with the necessary medical care, and their lives and health are not in danger,” said Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration.

An enemy missile hit one of the region’s infrastructure facilities. Rescuers are working at the scene to assess the extent of the damage.

In total, more than 160 rescuers and 29 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the attack’s consequences and clearing the rubble.

In addition, 29 cruise missiles and six drones were shot down during the morning Russian attack in western Ukraine.

As a reminder, fires broke out today in several settlements of Ivano-Frankivsk district due to falling debris, including a 100-square-meter roof of a new building in one of the villages.
