New recreation center for military opened in Kalush

A space for recreation for Ukraine’s defenders has been created in Kalush.

The head of the Kalush City Council announced this.

A new recreation complex for war veterans and military personnel on leave has been opened on the territory of the Stara Hata eco-estate. The location has a sauna, swimming pool, vat, and barbecue area, creating comfortable conditions for recovery and relaxation.

The project was initiated by Father Fyodor Moroz, who, after numerous trips to the front, decided to create a place where soldiers could restore their mental balance, find peace in nature, and improve their mental health. The eco-estate, owned by Father Fedir’s family, is also home to an ethnographic museum that opened three years ago.

This space is designed to help the military escape from the events they have experienced, recuperate, and integrate into society after their service.

The new recreational space has already started receiving its first visitors, who note its cozy atmosphere and natural beauty. Father Fedir plans to expand the complex’s capabilities by adding new areas for relaxation and group therapy. The city authorities of Kalush supported the project, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives to maintain the moral and physical condition of the military.
